I'm currently going through the "Early Warning Signs - A Self-Management Training Manual for Individuals With Psychosis" book with my CPN.
It's main aim is to help you identify the very first changes that occur when a psychosis is returning so you can, with your care team, draw up a relapse prevention action plan.
I've only just started it really as I've not long come out of a bit of a nutty phase and it's best to do it when more well. I'm finding it quite heavy going - it's not nice to go over the details of what happens to me when I go a bit funny. My CPN's very good about it and we're going slowly but it's still quite hard to have all my weirdness thrown in my face.
I guess I'm posting to see if anyone else has gone through the same workbook or similar, and how you've found it if you have. Also, it seems quite good, and maybe it's something to talk to your care team about if it's something that you feel might be useful to you.

Sounds like a good thing to go through- even though I can imagine it being a bit tough going. I might mention it to my care team when I feel a bit stronger and have got rid of the voices.
