I'm feeling desperately low at the moment. I don't know whats causing it but its becoming increasingly unbareable.
Is there anything anyone can suggest to help me pick up my mood? xxx

Something that makes me laugh I find helps the most. I like Bill Bailey (The comedian), he always makes me laugh which picks up my mood. Have you got anything that always makes you laugh that you could watch or do?
How long has your mood been low? Perhaps you could look into anti-depressants or something if nothing else is helping x

I'm already on anti-depressants. I'm having a really bad day and everything I do just seems to make it worse. I don't know if I can handle this.

Would it help to talk about your day? What's made it a bad day? Have you got anyone in real life you could talk to about stuff?
Sorry for all the questions, take care x

I'm feeling increasingly desperate and suicidal. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm just going through the motions. I need help but I don't know where to turn.

If you just need to get out the words, I am happy for you to phone me (I will PM you my number if you want) and I will listen whenever I am not busy. Sometimes that helps me- just to say the words.
When do you next see a MHP? Could you write a letter and post it to your care team? SO you don't have to turn directly to them.
If you get really desperate, remember that A&E should be a safe place to go. I know you probably don't, for fear of ending up back in hospital, but remember that option is there.
*hugs*
